Audit, migration & support

Assess existing voice systems, plan migration and organize support with clear risks, rollback procedures and responsibilities.

IMPLEMENTATION

Two ways to build.

The same business task. Infrastructure that fits your data policy, team and budget.

01 / ON-PREMISES

Own hardware

Assess local telephony and plan a controlled migration with rollback.

How we implement it

  1. Audit existing PBX/SIP/network infrastructure
  2. Develop migration plan, including backup and restore
  3. Execute migration with testing and monitoring setup
Technology options
PBX/SIP, network assessment, backups, monitoring and operational runbooks.
Data & dependencies
Configurations, recordings and diagnostics stay within the agreed boundary; engineer access is scoped and audited.
Budget components
Audit, migration rehearsal and cutover; then support coverage, spare capacity, updates and repeat recovery tests.
Operations & support
The support agreement assigns ownership of hardware, OS, applications, updates and incident response. Recovery is tested before launch.

02 / API PLATFORMS

International APIs

Review APIs, charges, data export and dependencies before migration.

How we implement it

  1. Audit API usage, limits, and costs
  2. Develop migration strategy, including data export and fallback solutions
  3. Configure API monitoring, cost alerts, and version update management
Technology options
RESTful API, cloud platforms, API monitoring tools, alerting systems
Data & dependencies
Export scope, recording access periods and portability depend on the provider. Verify them before migration and audit engineer access.
Budget components
API/account audit, migration and integration; then provider charges, monitoring and change maintenance.
Operations & support
The provider operates its platform; the project team maintains integrations, quotas and API changes within the agreed scope. Support coverage is defined by contract.

Technology choices are confirmed after an assessment. Platform names indicate implementation options, not partnership status. Calls to the public telephone network require a carrier in either model.

BEFORE LAUNCH

Agree what success looks like.

Our integration process ↗
  1. 01

Inventory covers numbers, trunks, integrations and system owners.

  2. 02

Rehearse migration and verify rollback feasibility.

  3. 03

Restore service from backup and measure recovery time.

Security and budget, together.

Compare ownership, external processing, resilience and total cost over 12 and 36 months.
