Business telephony

One phone system for offices, remote teams and branches: extensions, queues, voice menus and connections to business systems.

IMPLEMENTATION

Two ways to build.

The same business task. Infrastructure that fits your data policy, team and budget.

01 / ON-PREMISES

Own hardware

Build a controllable IP PBX in your infrastructure.

How we implement it

  1. Installing and configuring Asterisk PBX on the client's server.
  2. Connecting SIP phones or softphones.
  3. Setting up queues, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), and backups.
Technology options
Asterisk PBX, SIP phones or softphones, a session border controller (SBC).
Data & dependencies
The PBX and recordings reside in your network. A carrier handles external calls; recording access and retention are configured separately.
Budget components
Server, phones, SBC, configuration and migration; then trunks, numbers, minutes, redundancy and support.
Operations & support
The support agreement assigns ownership of hardware, OS, applications, updates and incident response. Recovery is tested before launch.

02 / API PLATFORMS

International APIs

Build call logic on an international provider’s voice API.

How we implement it

  1. Configuring Twilio Programmable Voice or Telnyx Voice API.
  2. Developing a custom call routing application.
  3. Integrating with existing business applications.
Technology options
Twilio Programmable Voice, Telnyx Voice API, custom applications.
Data & dependencies
External services process audio and necessary metadata. Before launch we review each component’s region, subprocessors, retention and deletion settings.
Budget components
Routing application and integration work; then numbers, minutes, recording, application hosting and support.
Operations & support
The provider operates its platform; the project team maintains integrations, quotas and API changes within the agreed scope. Support coverage is defined by contract.

Technology choices are confirmed after an assessment. Platform names indicate implementation options, not partnership status. Calls to the public telephone network require a carrier in either model.

BEFORE LAUNCH

Agree what success looks like.

Our integration process ↗
  1. 01

Test extensions, queues and outbound destinations.

  2. 02

Validate number porting where approved by the carrier.

  3. 03

    Test failover and configuration recovery.

Security and budget, together.

Compare ownership, external processing, resilience and total cost over 12 and 36 months.
