VoiceIP uses your name, company, email, optional phone number and message to respond to your service enquiry. Contact: info@intecracy.com.
Submissions are stored on Hostinger hosting and are available only to a signed-in administrator. A hash of the IP address and request time is used to limit repeated submissions. The hosting server may retain technical access logs.
Cookies and recorded examples
Grav uses technical session and sign-in cookies. This website does not load advertising trackers. Scenario audio examples are prepared recordings with synthetic voices and fictional data. Playing an example does not activate your microphone.
Voice and text assistant
The “Ask a question” button opens an AI assistant. Your messages and, during a call, short sections of your voice are sent through the VoiceIP server to Google Gemini for transcription, response generation and speech synthesis. Sending a message or starting a call begins this processing. Your microphone activates only after you select “Start voice call” and grant browser permission; ending the call or closing the assistant turns it off.
The website does not store conversation audio or text on its server. The current conversation remains in the tab’s memory, and a short encrypted context is sent with your next question. Closing the assistant clears that history. To limit abuse, the server keeps request counters and a daily changing hash of the IP address; those records contain no voice or messages. Hosting access logs may contain the address and request time.
Google processing is governed by the Gemini API terms. The assistant is intended for questions about the website’s public content. Do not send passwords, payment details or other private information.
Pilot data
Do not submit customer lists, payment details, passwords or API keys through this form. Before connecting real calls, we agree on the AI provider, order data access, recording rules and retention periods separately.
