AI voice agents

An assistant that listens, clarifies and takes permitted actions, from confirming orders to handing a request to a person.

More than a conversation.

Choose an agent scenario ↗

Grounded knowledge

Connect approved documents and current data through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Define when the agent should acknowledge that it does not know the answer.

Permissioned actions

Connect CRM, calendars and orders through server-side API tools, with MCP where useful. Restrict fields, validate requests and prevent duplicate changes.

Human handoff

Configure call transfer with context, queues and a fallback route. The agent introduces itself as a virtual assistant and respects requests to speak to a person.

Quality you can measure

Test Ukrainian and English, interruptions, noise and difficult answers. Measure completed tasks, latency and cost; agree log access and retention.

IMPLEMENTATION

Two ways to build.

The same business task. Infrastructure that fits your data policy, team and budget.

01 / ON-PREMISES

Own hardware

Host the agent and speech models on your servers or dedicated project hardware.

How we implement it

  1. Configure SIP and LiveKit and measure latency.
  2. Deploy STT, LLM and TTS locally; evaluate Ukrainian and load.
  3. Implement dialogue, CRM access, action limits and human handoff.
Technology options
SIP, LiveKit Agents, local speech recognition (STT), language (LLM) and speech synthesis (TTS) models; GPU sizing from benchmarks.
Data & dependencies
The dialogue and all three AI components run locally. Telephone network calls still pass through a carrier; any external CRM is assessed separately.
Budget components
Servers or GPUs, dialogue design, integration and evaluation; then operations, model updates and telephone traffic.
Operations & support
The support agreement assigns ownership of hardware, OS, applications, updates and incident response. Recovery is tested before launch.

02 / API PLATFORMS

International APIs

Connect a managed voice agent to telephony and permitted CRM tools.

How we implement it

  1. Setting up SIP trunks via Twilio/Telnyx.
  2. Integrating with ElevenLabs Agents or Deepgram Voice Agent API.
  3. Connecting to CRM tools with bounded permissions.
Technology options
Twilio/Telnyx SIP, ElevenLabs Agents, Deepgram Voice Agent API, CRM APIs.
Data & dependencies
External services process audio and necessary metadata. Before launch we review each component’s region, subprocessors, retention and deletion settings.
Budget components
Integration, dialogue testing and CRM tools; then agent minutes, telephony, model charges where applicable and storage.
Operations & support
The provider operates its platform; the project team maintains integrations, quotas and API changes within the agreed scope. Support coverage is defined by contract.
Discuss this option ↗

Technology choices are confirmed after an assessment. Platform names indicate implementation options, not partnership status. Calls to the public telephone network require a carrier in either model.

BEFORE LAUNCH

Agree what success looks like.

Our integration process ↗
  1. 01

Evaluate task completion on agreed Ukrainian dialogue samples.

  2. 02

Test interruptions, requests for a person and forbidden actions.

  3. 03

Measure latency and cost per completed task under realistic network conditions.

Security and budget, together.

Compare ownership, external processing, resilience and total cost over 12 and 36 months.
