Outbound calls & notifications

Order confirmations, delivery updates and reminders. A business event triggers the call and the outcome returns to your CRM.

IMPLEMENTATION

Two ways to build.

The same business task. Infrastructure that fits your data policy, team and budget.

01 / ON-PREMISES

Own hardware

A scheduler initiates calls through a local PBX under agreed contact rules.

How we implement it

  1. Configure a job queue and Asterisk outbound calls.
  2. Connect CRM events with repeat-safe execution.
  3. Define calling windows, retries, opt-outs and call flows.
Technology options
Asterisk, a job queue and CRM; recorded prompts or a local agent with STT, LLM and TTS.
Data & dependencies
The queue, retry rules and outcomes stay local. Voice traffic passes through a carrier; any external CRM is included in the data map.
Budget components
Scheduler, event integration and servers; then minutes, retries, AI compute where needed and support.
Operations & support
The support agreement assigns ownership of hardware, OS, applications, updates and incident response. Recovery is tested before launch.

02 / API PLATFORMS

International APIs

A business event triggers a call through the provider API.

How we implement it

  1. Connect Twilio/Telnyx Voice API and an optional managed agent.
  2. Process CRM events without launching the same job twice.
  3. Verify webhook signatures, calling windows and result delivery.
Technology options
Twilio or Telnyx Voice API, an event queue and CRM; a managed voice agent where needed.
Data & dependencies
External services process audio and necessary metadata. Before launch we review each component’s region, subprocessors, retention and deletion settings.
Budget components
Event integration and call flow design; then call attempts, minutes, an optional voice agent and webhook processing.
Operations & support
The provider operates its platform; the project team maintains integrations, quotas and API changes within the agreed scope. Support coverage is defined by contract.

Technology choices are confirmed after an assessment. Platform names indicate implementation options, not partnership status. Calls to the public telephone network require a carrier in either model.

BEFORE LAUNCH

Agree what success looks like.

Our integration process ↗
  1. 01

Repeated events do not create duplicate call jobs.

  2. 02

Time zones, calling windows, attempt limits and opt-outs are respected.

  3. 03

Confirmation, rejection and callback requests appear as distinct CRM outcomes.

Security and budget, together.

Compare ownership, external processing, resilience and total cost over 12 and 36 months.
