CRM & ERP integrations

Connect calls with CRM, ERP, document workflows and tasks, making conversation data and outcomes part of a controlled business process.

IMPLEMENTATION

Two ways to build.

The same business task. Infrastructure that fits your data policy, team and budget.

01 / ON-PREMISES

Own hardware

Build a local integration service between telephony and business systems.

How we implement it

  1. Map APIs, data ownership and permitted business actions.
  2. Deploy adapters, an event queue and audit logs in your environment.
  3. Implement retries, result reconciliation and access controls.
Technology options
Integration service, PostgreSQL, event queue and API gateway; CRM/ERP/ECM adapters, including UnityBase where suitable APIs exist.
Data & dependencies
Events and logs are processed in your network. Only agreed fields go to external systems; CRM remains the business status authority.
Budget components
Adapters, workflow mapping, data migration and tests; then servers, queues, monitoring and API change maintenance.
Operations & support
The support agreement assigns ownership of hardware, OS, applications, updates and incident response. Recovery is tested before launch.

02 / API PLATFORMS

International APIs

Orchestrate events and permitted actions through cloud platform APIs.

How we implement it

  1. Review CRM/ERP and voice-platform APIs and webhook schemas.
  2. Deploy an orchestration service and secure secret storage.
  3. Configure signatures, retries, deduplication and auditing.
Technology options
REST APIs, signed webhooks, an event queue, orchestration backend, OAuth or scoped keys.
Data & dependencies
Only agreed event and outcome fields pass through providers. Numbers, identifiers and logs are included in the data map; CRM owns final status.
Budget components
Adapters and orchestration; then API calls, compute, event storage and maintenance as connected systems evolve.
Operations & support
The provider operates its platform; the project team maintains integrations, quotas and API changes within the agreed scope. Support coverage is defined by contract.

Technology choices are confirmed after an assessment. Platform names indicate implementation options, not partnership status. Calls to the public telephone network require a carrier in either model.

BEFORE LAUNCH

Agree what success looks like.

Our integration process ↗
  1. 01

Repeated or out-of-order webhooks do not duplicate business actions.

  2. 02

Results reconcile after temporary CRM outages.

  3. 03

Permissions block forbidden actions and permitted actions produce an audit trail.

Security and budget, together.

Compare ownership, external processing, resilience and total cost over 12 and 36 months.
